Connect ClickUp to pull tasks from a specific List straight into your Handl project, keeping milestone progress current without switching tabs.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Find the ClickUp card and click Connect.
- A pop-up opens — sign in to ClickUp and authorise Handl.
- Choose the Space, Folder, and List you want to link — a Handl project maps to a single ClickUp List.
- Click Sync now, or let scheduled syncs bring tasks across automatically.
Good to know
- A Handl project links to one ClickUp List at a time, shown as its Space / Folder / List path so you can confirm you've picked the right one.
- Sync is one-way — task changes flow from ClickUp into Handl, not back the other way.
- ClickUp connections tend to be especially stable — you generally won't need to reconnect it as often as some other tools.
- Task progress rolls up into milestone progress the same way it does for other PM tool integrations.
FAQs
Can I link more than one List to the same project? No — each Handl project links to a single ClickUp List.
Will my ClickUp tasks change if I edit them in Handl? No — the sync only flows from ClickUp into Handl.
What if I restructure my Spaces or Folders in ClickUp? Reconnect and re-select the List if the existing link stops finding it.
